ABOUT THE ROLE

We have exciting opportunities based in our Melbourne and Sydney offices for new and recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in IT in the Performance Testing space to join our technical Consultant Development Program (CDP).

You will join our reputable team of high-performing IT professionals and experience accelerated career development with the support of our leadership team.

This role is a permanent/full-time position with Ampion and is suitable for someone with less than 18 months of experience in the IT field.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate is a recent University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or Computer Science and looking to start your career as a QA Tester, Software QA Consultant, Software Developer on Test or a DevOps Engineer.

If you're passionate about engineering, interested in exciting/new technology and are a fast learner with impressive communication skills, we can help you grow!

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Must have an interest in Performance Testing within the IT space
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Experience scripting in Java, C# .NET, Python, PowerShell (school or work experience both acceptable)
• Curious– we want people who are inquisitive and have a real hunger to learn
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and strong team player
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Passion for coding, testing and problem solving (e.g., C#, Java, Ruby, Cucumber etc.)
